In this 90-minute interactive session, I will guide you through some of the most common misconceptions about nutrition. I will explain how you can enjoy wholesome delicious foods in large, satisfying portions - and still achieve your weight loss goals!

• What factors affect your metabolism and hinder WEIGHT LOSS? 

• What should you look for in FOOD LABELS to find 'hidden ingredients' and added  sugars?

• Why is calorie-counting NOT effective?

• How to 'right-size' meal PORTIONS and balance proteins, carbs and healthy fats?
