One-skillet dinner tonight!
Ingredients:
2 stalks of Celery
1/2 Onion
Kale
1 lbs of Shrimp
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
Salt, pepper and paprika.
Sweat the onion and the celery with some coconut oil. Add the kale and let it wilt for a few minutes. Add the shrimps and coconut milk and cook till the shrimps are ready. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Enjoy!
